Areas of work at the SHRI
The events collaborator is responsible for coordinating institutional and thematic events (co-)organised by the Swiss Human Rights Institution (SHRI). They oversees their overall organisation and ensures that they run smoothly. They promotes strong participation and continued engagement among participants after the events. They is part of the Communications Team.
Education and experience
Febe Tognina (she/her) joined the SHRI in August 2026. She holds a degree in Political Science and Gender Studies from the University of Bern. She previously completed a bachelor’s degree in Ethnology and Sociology at the University of Neuchâtel.
Her professional background combines academic experience with practical work in multicultural and multilingual settings. In particular, she has experience organising events and projects for diverse audiences, both in Switzerland and abroad.
